The team at Sentinel Storage Fort Saskatchewan has been absolutely outstanding.
I originally rented a 5x10 unit, but after loading my truck it became obvious I had underestimated how much space I needed. Instead of making the situation difficult, the staff immediately worked with me to find the best solution. They upgraded me to a 10x20 unit, transferred my prepaid rental over, and gave me an incredible rate on the larger unit. That level of customer service is rare these days.
When you’re in the middle of moving and selling a house, every little bit of stress relief matters, and the team here genuinely went above and beyond to help. They were friendly, professional, understanding, and made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy.
The facility is clean, secure, well-maintained, and easy to access, but the people are what make this location stand out. If you’re comparing storage options in Fort Saskatchewan, I’d encourage you to give Sentinel a chance before deciding. They’ve earned my business, and I’ll happily recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Really friendly, professional service when inquiring about storage units via phone at their main number and at this location, and Sharlene at the front desk was awesome on move-in day! The unit meets our needs, and the facility is clean and well secured. Would recommend.

Good pricing, great location and Amazing customer service!! Olena and Sharleen are just perfect, they are friendly, professional they explained everything clearly. Great customer service seems to be harder and harder to provide from alot of companies, but these 2 ladies at Sentinel storage will provide you an amazing service that you'll just want to go back in to enjoy another little chat! Recommend 10/10

My initial experience with Sentinel in Fort Saskatchewan was very positive. The staff were friendly, informative and sincere. They also welcomed me to Fort Saskatchewan and gave me some helpful tips on the community. I would definitely refer others to this location.
