Good pricing, great location and Amazing customer service!! Olena and Sharleen are just perfect, they are friendly, professional they explained everything clearly. Great customer service seems to be harder and harder to provide from alot of companies, but these 2 ladies at Sentinel storage will provide you an amazing service that you'll just want to go back in to enjoy another little chat! We've just arranged drive-up storage with Sentinel, and a big part of the reason was how helpful and pleasant it was to deal with Olena! The whole process was smooth and easy. I was set up with my unit very quickly and the woman who handles the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
